simirfilm.com (the "Site") is the official website of Simir, A Movie, an ORCH5 Films production. The Site is owned and operated by Anand Pandey, sole proprietor, based in Thane, India ("we," "us," "our").

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site offers

The Site provides information about the film Simir, A Movie: its story, characters, cast and crew, stills, posters and theme song, together with a free storybook for subscribers and a press kit for members of the media. The Site is free to use.

2. Our content

The Site and everything on it, including the film stills, posters, artwork, the storybook, the song excerpt and lyrics, text, logos, wordmarks and design, belong to Anand Pandey and ORCH5 Films or to the people who created them, and are protected by Indian and international copyright law.

You may:

• View the Site and share links to its pages, including the slideshow, with anyone.
• Quote brief excerpts for review, criticism, commentary or news reporting, with credit to Simir, A Movie and a link to simirfilm.com where possible.

You may not, without our written permission:

• Republish, sell or otherwise use our content commercially, including in advertising or on merchandise.
• Alter our images or artwork, apart from the cropping and resizing allowed for press use below.
• Present our content in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.

The names, logos and wordmarks of Simir, A Movie and ORCH5 Films may not be used without our prior written permission.

3. Press kit

The press kit is provided for editorial coverage of Simir, A Movie: news, reviews, features, interviews and festival or screening programmes. When using press kit material:

• Credit images "Courtesy ORCH5 Films."
• You may crop and resize images to fit your layout. Do not otherwise alter them, add text to them or combine them with other images.
• Do not use press material for advertising, merchandise or any purpose unrelated to coverage of the film.

4. The storybook

The storybook, A Letter to Strangers, is sent free to subscribers for personal reading. Please do not post it online in full, sell it, or distribute it as your own. You are welcome to share the sign-up page so others can receive their own copy.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else's details in our forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems or our accounts, or interfere with how the Site works.
• Introduce viruses or other harmful code.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Search engines and AI services may access the Site's public pages as set out in our robots.txt file.

6. Links to other websites

The Site links to websites we do not control, such as music streaming services, DistroKid's song page, Google Drive and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. Details such as release dates, screenings and platforms may change.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to INR 1,000.

9. Indemnity

If you breach these Terms, you agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, that result from that breach.

10. Changes

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thane, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site. Before taking any formal step, we ask that you first write to us at desk@orch5.com so we can try to resolve the matter.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
